Fun for everyone
From the Rural House “El Molinet del Governador” we will be happy to get in touch with any company that is engaged in any of these activities in which you need a guide or to rent some equipment, as well as we will advise you on the activities that you can do alone.
Trekking
You can enjoy the marked footpaths that exist in the Marina Baixa, traveling through beautiful places in the Sierras de Aitana, Bernia, Xortà or Puig Campana, in which you will be amazed at the beauty of the nature in land of this region.
On these excursions you can smell and breathe in the midst of pine forests, plantations of olive trees, almond trees, nispero trees, orange trees and a wide variety of aromatic mountain herbs.
Mountain-bike
If you like mountain biking, in this region, you can enjoy this sport since in this area there are all kinds of trails of different levels to practice this sport, with or without a guide.
Bicycle rides along the coast
You can also enjoy pleasant walks through the different coastal areas of the region, such as Altea or Albir. You can also rent bicycles with or without a guide.
Horse riding
On horseback you can discover the interior of the Costa Blanca on excursions that can cover a whole day contemplating panoramic views of the area. There are different levels, both for beginners and advanced riders.
Paintball
We can also arrange contact with companies that are dedicated to organizing paintball battles, whom will fully equip you for battle..
Quads
Motor sports fans can also rent Quads to travel the countless mountain roads, rivers and fields in the area.
Rutas en 4x4
Upon a 4 x 4 you can spend a day full of adventure and fun visiting the wonderful nature of the Costa Blanca.
Canyoning
For the more adventurous you can also take advantage of the ravines in the area where you can enjoy descending ravines, rappelling down, running rivers or jumping into the water in different places in the Marina Baixa region.
Snorkeling
In the summer time, snorkeling is an activity available to everyone for which you will not need to rent any equipment, or be accompanied by a monitor, simply with diving glasses and a tube you can practice it.
Jet ski
Also one of the many activities that you can practice are the excursions with a jet ski where you can enjoy the most beautiful places on the Mediterranean coast, visiting coves, small islands, and the odd cave.
Gastronomy "Olleta de blat"
In the Guadalest Valley you will find many restaurants where you can taste numerous dishes such as rice, both dry and broth, the typical “Olleta de blat”, grilled or roasted meats, homemade desserts, etc. at a good value for money.
Also near the Rural House in the municipal area of Callosa D’En Sarrià there are several bakeries where on Saturdays you can reserve a typical meal from this town called “Mintxo”, which if you try it for sure you will be back for more.
