Guadalest<\/h5>
The Castell de Guadalest exists already in The Muslim era, after the Christian conquest (13th century), retained abundant Islamic population under the lordship of different Catalan-Aragonian nobles. \nLater the village went through several marquises:

\n1) The Sarria family (1293 \u2013 1335)
\n2) The First Royal Duke of Gandia (1335 \u2013 1543)
\n3) The Cardona family (1543 \u2013 1669)

Ordu\u00f1a Family<\/h5>
During the time of the Cardona there is another family that acquired great relevance, \"Los Ordu\u00f1a\", the link to El Castell de Guadalest dates from the sixteenth century, they were perpetual mayors since 1669.
\nThe Ordu\u00f1a family achieved nobility in 1756, obtaining the title of Knight's Habit of the Order of Santiago in the person of Pedro Antonio Buenaventura de Ordu\u00f1a y Garc\u00eda.
\nIn the nineteenth century, with the suppression of the lordships the Ordu\u00f1a acquired power and influence in the Navy, in addition some of its members were military, lawyers and even act in the politics of the province of Alicante as Joaqu\u00edn Ordu\u00f1a and Feliu (The \"Se\u00f1yor\" of Castell de Guadalest, lived from 1819 to 1857), becoming Governor of Alicante.\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Sarri\u00e1 family<\/h5>
Historically the catchment area of Guadalest before joining the Algar river has housed 23 mills. However there have only been two mills that have been supplied directly from the course of the Guadalest River, one of them was called \"Molinet del Governador\" or \"Molinet de Ordu\u00f1a\"; this mill is not exactly known the date of construction, thought that it was built by the Ordu\u00f1a family when it came to the power of Castell de Guadalest.<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Cardona family<\/h5>
In 1927 D. Joaqu\u00edn Galiana Blanquer grandfather of the current owner and natural of Callosa d'en Sarri, after returning from New York where he had made his fortune working as a manager in a carpet factory, returned to his hometown on vacation with intentions of returning to New York to continue making his fortune and start as an entrepreneur, but fate made him change his mind after meeting Carlota Vidal Saval , with whom he married in 1927, later they had five children Joaqu\u00edn, Edelmira, Antonio, Juan and Joaquina Galiana Vidal.\nThat same year Joaqu\u00edn Galiana Blanquer bought from Do\u00f1a Concepci\u00f3n Ordu\u00f1a Avargues daughter of the \"Senyor\" of Guadalest (Joaqu\u00edn de Ordu\u00f1a and Feliu) the farm that included the House \"El Molinet del Governador\".\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The \"Molinet del Governador\" was inherited in 1959 by one of The two live children of Joaqu\u00edn Galiana Blanquer, Juan Galiana Vidal, who together with his wife Mara Dolores Vila Martinez decided to take out all the money they had to restore and transform this important piece of the historical heritage of the Marina Baixa, making it a unique Rural Accommodation. <\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
